I am wife to my awesome husband of 17 years, and a stay-at-home, homeschooling Mommy of 7 wonderful blessings so far with one on the way.Yes, I believe children are blessings, and very precious gifts from Above!! I am hoping for more of these blessings in God's perfect timing.
My greatest passion is raising the children to be strong men and woman for the Lord!! That is my top priority in life. My goal is to make sure they are well grounded in the word of God, so they can not be swayed by different winds of doctrines that come their way.( Ephesians. 4:14)
I have started this blog to be an encouragement to other moms, and to share wonderful things that God puts on my heart . I have felt very led to start this blog, and since I have started it I have had several things put very heavy on my heart to share. My desire is to share these things that's weighing heavy on my heart to uplift, encourage, an help in the spiritual growth of others. I have no intention of hurting any one in what I write, or putting down of any one by no means. In everything I write, I write it with the utmost care and feeling of others, yet not shirking on the truth. ( In times that I have felt that I did not, I have deleted those post)
I know that we are all at different stages in our walk with God, and I realize not everyone will be at the same place at the same time spiritually. And I take that all in to consideration in my post. But what's important is that we all have a true love for God and for His Word, and a desire for the truth; and when we do , He will lead us in to that truth. And when we do have a true love for God's truth, then His truth should not offend us.
I believe we are to be continually learning all God has for us and growing deeper and stronger in Him. We should never feel that we know all there is to know, or that God is through purging or refining us. We need to keep dieing daily to the flesh. And the more we die to self , the more abundantly God can live in us!!
