Greetings from my place!
Well we got more rain here , started on Tuesday, and has been raining off and on ever since!
On Monday evening my husband did manage to do some tilling in the garden even though it was very wet, and I planted green beans, butter peas, and lima beans! Was excited to get that in before it rained again. Now we will have to wait awhaile again before planting some more things! But this rain will be really good for the thigs we did get in.
Atleast It feels like spring weather here now, for awaile earlier in March it was very hot(atleast to me), and it felt we had gone drictly from winter (a mild one at that) right in to summmer. I thought we were in for a long hot summmer! But feels like we will have srping for awhaile, yea!!
I have a three rescipes I want to post this morning. First is my own rescipe of yummy pinto beans, then dinner rolls and a chocolate cake. Wow, there you have a meal!!

I soak beans 4 to 5 hours, then rinse and put freash water over beans , the water should be atleast a couple inches over the beans, can add more water as its cooking as neaded. Boil beans about 1 hour before adding the reast of the ingredinets. Then pile everything in there ,and continue cook untill beans are nice and tender, usaully only takes a couple hours.
