ReplyDeleteHi Mae!! I like your blog (smile)! I will have to try that bread, it sounds wonderful! I have been enjoying sprouted wheat bread called Ezeceil 49 bread. My neighbor is going to try and bake me some. Can't wait to see how it turns out. You have to sprout the grain first and then you mix it into dough. Diane
